Along with the RS 2.0 version, Renault is launching the Sandero GT Line, which also carries the signature of the Renault Sport division. The Sandero GT Line stands out for the sporty look, with 16-inch wheels with specific design, new unique bumper, new front grille, airfoil, diffuser and side skirts. The Dark Metal color was chosen to highlight sporting details such as wheels, airfoil, diffuser, fog headlamp frame and rearview mirror covers. The interior also has a sporty touch, thanks to the seats with CCT technology in black color, specific coating that resemble the carbon fiber and embroidered with the visual identity of Renault Sport in the headrest, leather steering wheel with the GT Line inscription. The details in the blue color are present in the seams of the seat, steering wheel and handle of the exchange, besides the hoops of the exit of air and the speedometer.

The aesthetic changes (internal and external) incorporated in the Sandero GT Line were conceived by the team of Renault Design América Latina (RDAL), the design studio of the brand in the American continent, located in São Paulo. The GT Line version satisfies the interest of customers looking for a vehicle with a sporty look, without giving up the internal space and robustness, qualities that make Sandero stand out in the national market. A quick eyeball is enough to realize that the GT Line version has attributes that set it apart from other versions of Sandero. The 1.6 8V Hi-Power engine generates 106 hp when fueled with ethanol and 98 hp with gasoline. The maximum torque is 152 Nm with ethanol and 142 Nm with gasoline. An important factor is the availability of 85% of the torque starting at 1,500 rpm, guaranteeing the agility of the car, especially in urban traffic, in addition to faster speed pickups, important quality on the road. With a suggested retail price of R $ 48,990, the GT Line version leaves the factory with an extensive list of standard items, which includes automatic air conditioning, parking sensor and Media NAV Evolution, which in addition to radio, Bluetooth and GPS, brings real-time traffic information and the possibility of accessing social media through a smartphone application, as well as new functions such as external temperature, Eco-Coaching and Eco-Scoring.

Renault’s best-selling car in Brazil has just gained a surname. This is Sanders RS 2.0, the first RS manufactured and sold in Brazil. The model maintained the same DNA as the famous Sanders, but it brings important mechanical changes (engine, exchange, suspension, brakes, among others) and aesthetic. Designed and developed by Renault Sport, together with the design and engineering teams of Latin America, the Sanders RS 2.0 is a legitimate sport. With a 2.0-liter engine that delivers 150 hp and 205 Nm with ethanol, coupled to a 6-speed manual transmission with short ratios for greater sportiness, the “hot hatch” reaches the top speed of 202 km / h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in just 8 seconds, reaching 1,000 m in 29.4 seconds with the vehicle stationary. The Renault Sanders RS 2.0 stands out for its ability to provide sports sensations from the first touch on the accelerator, and enjoyment in everyday use.

In addition to the engine, the main changes in relation to the SanderoDynamique are the new suspension settings, the rising start assist (HSA), the four-wheel disc brakes, the electronic stability control (ESP) with specific adjustment RS and the electro-hydraulic steering system (EPHS), in addition to the three driving modes that can be selected via the “RS drive” button: Standard, Sport and Sport + with the ESP switched off. On the outside, the main visual differences are due to the new bumpers (front and rear), 195/55 R16 wheels with ‘Black Aluminum’ finish (optional 205/45 R17 wheels), side skirts, rear spoiler, double output rear-view mirrors in bright black color and RS inscription below the Renault logo on the front grille and also on the rear cover.

The interior is inspired by a cockpit, with aluminum pedals, in addition to exclusive sports seats and steering wheel. The colors and graphics of the instrument panel are specific to the RS version, the air vents are red in detail and the door handles are Dark Metal color. The Renault Sandero RS 2.0 is a complete car and comes standard, among other items, with automatic air-conditioning system and Media NAV Evolution, the modern multimedia center integrated with the panel with 7-inch touchscreen screen, which offers much more than GPS, Bluetooth® and radio. Sandero RS 2.0 has a suggested price of R $ 58,880. With 17-inch wheels, the only optional, the model costs $ 59,880.

Laguna’s successor wants to seduce by design and pleasure in driving

Renault revealed on Monday (06/07), in France, the Talisman, the new sedan of the French brand, whose style is associated “with the classic codes appreciated by customers of segment D” and according to the manufacturer, “goes beyond of statutory codes and offers a new dimension in this segment, to the well-being and to the driving pleasure “. According to Renault, the Talisman uniquely unites a striking design, a cozy and spacious interior and innovations both to improve life on board and to provide an intense driving pleasure. On the exterior, Renault’s new model has a refined and elegant silhouette, while on the interior it offers a generous space for all occupants, front seats in the best category and trunk with a volume of 608 liters.

The Talisman arrives with the new 1.6 TCe petrol engines with versions of 150 and 200 hp, and from next year, will emerge with diesel engines of 110, 130 and 150 hp. In terms of on-board innovations, the brand features such features as: seven-inch digital display, R-Link 2 with 8.7-inch display, color display in top position, Bose Surround sound and hands-free parking. In the chapter of innovations to offer an intense pleasure of driving, the Renault Talisman adopts the Multi-Sense technology, to accompany the wishes of the driver, and is assumed as the only sedan of segment D to associate the system of four directional 4Control wheels to the cushioning.

The various innovations aim to make the Talisman a great sedan capable of seducing by the design and the sensations that it provides to the driver and occupants, the quality of manufacture and the quality in the finishes. Among the arguments put forward by Renault to demonstrate the advantage of its new model are also a controlled cost of use and reduced fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. On the trail of using symbolic names for their models, which reflect their style and personality in all markets, Renault opted for Talisman as a charismatic name, synonymous with protection and can be easily pronounced and understood throughout the world. world. In the view of the brand, this word reinforces the character and energy emanating from an automobile that stands out for its robust and sporty design, combined with the most modern technologies, and gives its occupants security. After being revealed to the press in France, the Talisman’s official presentation to the public will be at the Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany in September. The beginning of the commercialization of the model in Europe is scheduled for the end of October, with Renault already confirming the launch of a break version.

Renault has just revealed the Talisman Estate, which joins the sedan on July 6. The version has the same technology shown in the sedan, but with an increased load capacity. With dimensions similar to those of the sedan – 4,860 mm in length, 1,870 mm in width, 1,460 mm in height and a wheelbase of 2,810 mm -, the Talisman Estate is characterized by dynamic proportions, elegant profile and a high waistline.

The polished aluminum ceiling bars enhance the extension of the ceiling line with a long spoiler. The inclination of the rear window favors the dynamic characteristics of the car, without any penalty to the extraordinary volume of the trunk. Access to the trunk is particularly easy thanks to the height of the 571 mm cargo platform and a wide opening of 1,074 mm. Just like in the sedan, the rear cover can be opened electrically. The rear seat adopts 1/3 – 2/3 functionality and the Easy Break modularity makes it easy to fold from the boot by means of two handles.

The electric rear lid, activated with a simple foot passage under the rear bumper, provides a hands-free opening and closing system to make the luggage storage even easier. The new 1,116 mm Talisman Estate trunk has a cargo volume of 572 dm3 VDA under the luggage compartment. With the rear seat folded, the loading length reaches 2,010 mm, that is, an approximate volume of 1,700 dm3 VDA and truck car covers for your car safety.

The Renault Talisman Estate has the same engines as the sedan version.
Two petrol engines:
– The Energy TCe150 and Energy TCe 200 engines are associated with the EDC 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission.
Three diesel engines:
– The Energy dCi 110 engine is associated with the 6-speed manual transmission or the EDC automatic six-speed double clutch.
– The Energy dCi 130 engine is also available with the choice between 6-speed manual transmission and 6-speed dual-clutch EDC transmission.
– The Energy dCi 160 engine, equipped with two turbochargers, is exclusively associated with the EDC 6-speed dual clutch transmission.

The Renault Talisman Estate will be presented to the public, in a world premiere, at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2015 and marketed in Europe in the first half of 2016.

The Paris Motor Show 2016 has many new features. The Renault Trezor Concept is a futuristic prototype that follows in the footsteps of the Renault Dezir Concept. Its aim is to set new standards in relation to the design language within the French brand. Future models will have some of their aspects. The Trezor Concept presents itself as a spectacular two-seat GT that stands out for its curvaceous design. It receives front teardrop-shaped optics (similar to those of Mégane) that form the air intakes. The hood is very wide with the drop of the ceiling quite pronounced. At the rear comes a large diffuser and thin lanterns. Also stand out in the set its wheels of 21 inches in the front and 22 inches in the rear.

One aspect to be considered is the absence of doors, so that access to the passenger compartment is made by opening the upper one-piece cover. The Trezor measures 4,700 mm in length and has a very low profile which helps to have a coefficient of aerodynamic 0.22 Cx. Thanks to a carbon fiber monocoque its weight is also well contained, standing at 1,600 kg. Inside comes a very striking OLED curve display and standalone driving technologies. In mechanical terms the Renault Trezor Concept uses an electric propulsion system derived from Formula E. Therefore, the sport is expected to perform well. It develops 350 hp and 380 Nm of torque and thanks to this promises an acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in less than 4 seconds. It has two batteries positioned one on each axis, but has not yet been announced its autonomy. It will have to wait to see the influence that this prototype will have on the future of the brand.
